Tariff

Price per night includes:

All your electricity, free WIFI day and night, linen, towels, washing up liquid, a cleaning basket, a bin bag, toilet paper, soap and digital TV.  There is private parking, right next to your House with a patio or balcony with good views of Loch Melfort. TO STAY AT MELFORT PIER, IT IS A MINIMUM OF TWO NIGHTS

>OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD TO STAY AT MELFORT PIER, IT IS A MINIMUM

OF THREE NIGHTS> 

The three night's must include Christmas Day & Boxing Day and for over New Year, must include 1st January

* Check in is from 4pm and if after 5pm, directions will be on Office door and Check out is 10am - If you wish earlier check in or later check out, PLEASE contact Office on main tel.number, to see if possible - 01852-200333* 

Pier West - Off Line until further notice - Bridge Deck - £5 per night extra

Booking Changes/Cancellations - If you cancel your reservation before 4 weeks of arrival, then we can issue a refund, alternatively, if you cancel within the 4 weeks of arrival, then your Booking is non refundable. We do charge £20.00 for a Change of date of your Booking.

We love being green and helping the environment..Please let us know if you are bringing a electric Car....for this facility we do charge £20.00 per day 

****If you have to cancel your already paid for Booking at short notice, the booking can be re-instated, (depending on availability) but, with charges and the booking will only be held for approx 1 month, to re-book****
