Spacious Apartment all on One Level - Mermaid is pet-friendly and has its own private parking for two or more vehicles, which is right by the entrance to your suite. Step through the hallway and feel the sense of space provided by the open-plan living area layout, with the wood-lined ceiling adding character and a cosy feel.

The Living Area - The apartment combines modern comfort with those extra little touches, benefiting from natural light provided by the west facing large windows. Relax on a comfortable curved couch with a Smart TV fitted on the wall for entertainment, allowing you to log into all your favourite streaming apps. 

The entire apartment benefits from under-floor heating, ensuring you'll stay snug, even in the cooler months, and with the addition of a log-burner, you'll be comfortable whatever the time of year.

Strong WIFI - Fast internet can be hard to find in the locality, but Melfort offers recently upgraded complimentary fast WIFI throughout the resort so you can stay connected to your online social life. You can also login to  streaming channels for catching up with all your favourite programs on both the smart tv or your personal devices.

Well-Equipped Kitchen & Dining - The well-equipped kitchen, includes all the tools you need to create a delicious meal. You have a kettle, toaster, large upright fridge/freezer plus oven, hob, extractor fan and a microwave oven. The adjacent dining area consists of a solid wood table and chairs.

Comfy Bedrooms, Ensuite Bathrooms with mobility facilities - Both bedrooms are ensuite, giving plenty of privacy and include bedside cabinets, wardrobes, dressing tables and chairs. The second bedroom's ensuite has a large open layout with a walk-in shower to make life easier for those with mobility issues. We provide complimentary soap and toilet rolls to start you off. 

Private Sauna  - Your very own private sauna is located at the start of the hallway as you enter the apartment, just on the left down a short corridor.

The Outdoor area - Step out through the patio doors onto the decking, sit down on the patio furniture and enjoy the view of the pier and Loch Melfort with ever-changing skies and the occasional boat gliding across the sea loch as you relax sipping a drink.
