with sliding doors leading outside into the garden , separate W.C.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed and TV, cupboards, chair ,en suite bath room 
Bathroom 1 - Bath/ shower,  basin and W.C, towel heater, toilet paper.

Downstairs Bedroom 2 - Double bed and en suite bathroom, TV, dressing table, chair.
Bathroom 2 - Spa bath, separate shower, basin and W.C , towel heater , entrance to sauna..
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds and en suite bathroom, cupboard, chair 
Bathroom 3 - Bath/ shower,  basin, W.C. and own entrance into sauna

When you arrive and park you car right by your front door. There is your garden, with outside furniture, a great place for a BBQ (bring your own) or a nice cuppa. In the hall way is a cloakroom with toilet and sink. Washer/ dryer, and the staircase going downstairs. 

Then there is your gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to make a delicious meal. Or eat out at one of our local restaurants...get a take out and eat it at home while you listen to music or watch TV. 

Dining area , lounge, with a large beige corner suite , and chair. there is a big flat screen TV and electric fire. One bedroom with flat screen TV and bathroom is on this level . A great Granny suite or ideal for the teenager .....

There is free WiFi all through the house. 

Downstairs are two bedrooms, both with bathrooms en suite and the sauna. The master bedroom has  a flat screen TV. 

All the beds are made and towels are ready to use. 

The only thing you need to bring is your food, drink, soap for bathing. Tesco.com delivers  here ...and your toys ...boat, rods, hiking boots. mountain bikes, kayaks , photo camera. etc.

As  Crow's nest and Captain's Quarters are both in one block, you can combine these two houses for family reunions, meetings or a small wedding, as you can have a group of ten guests together.
