  • Bedroom 1 (Master ensuite): King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, book shelves, bedside table and lamp, dressing table. The ensuitye bathroom includes a shower, basin, W.C., towels, and toilet paper.

  • Bedroom 2 (single ensuite):  Single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, dressing table. The Ensuite bathroom consists of a bath/shower, toilet and wash basin.

Stylish Apartment - Quayside is pet-friendly and has parking available within the resort (around the corner from the apartment) near the middle of the resort and only less than a minute's walk away.

The short ramp leads up to the door to the apartment and on entering the hallway and cloakroom where you will notice handy features such as somewhere to leave your boots or wellingtons and coat hooks.

The Living Area - Passing the doors to the two bedrooms, you enter into the tastefully decorated open-plan living area where two comfortable sofas await plus an Ottoman to put your feet up when relaxing. A Smart TV in the corner provides entertainment, and you can log into all your favourite streaming apps. 

Cosy Atmosphere  - The entire apartment benefits from under-floor heating, ensuring you'll stay snug, even in the cooler months, ensuring you'll be comfortable whatever the time of year.

Strong Wifi - Fast internet can be hard to find in the locality, but Melfort offers recently upgraded complimentary fast WIFI throughout the resort so you can stay connected to your online social life. You can also login to  streaming channels for catching up with all your favourite programs on both the smart tv or your personal devices.

Well-Equipped Kitchen & Dining - The bright and well-equipped kitchen, includes all the tools you need to create a delicious meal. You have a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer plus an oven, hob, extractor fan and a microwave oven. You also have a dishwasher and washing machine at your disposal too. 

The dining table is nearby with seating for four. A breakfast bar spans the length of one of the walls which also doubles as a work station if you need somewhere to use your laptop.

Two Comfy Bedrooms, Both Ensuite - The master bedroom features a king-size bed with bedside table, built-in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a single bed with small bedside table and lamp and wardrobe.

The bathrooms - The spacious master bedroom ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. The single bedroom ensuite has a bath/shower with basin and toilet. We also provide complimentary soap and toilet rolls to start you off for both bathrooms. 

The Outdoor area - Step out through the patio doors onto the terrace, and enjoy the view of Loch Melfort with ever-changing skies with the occasional boat gliding across the loch. Outdoor furniture provides somewhere for you to relax with a drink.
