Cosy Living & Modern Comforts - Parking is ideal as you are literally near the front door, so not far to take your luggage. As you step inside, you'll pass through the stylish kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to create a delicious meal, though you may find yourself drawn instead to the amazing view of Loch Melfort through the windows, or the cosy seating area. A dining table and breakfast bar provide space to dine with two comfortable sofas to relax on adjacent.

Convenient, Modern Appliances - The kitchen itself has an oven/grill with microwave located just above. A fridge-freezer gives plenty of space for groceries and a separate small freezer is also located opposite. For your convenience, a dishwasher is also located in one of the cupboards.

Cosy Evenings by the Fire - A log-burner gives you the option of making a fire and enjoying the cosy ambience of its gentle glow and flickering flames. Some fire-starting items are there to start you off, but wood can also be purchased from reception.

Entertainment - The smart TV offers the opportunity to login to your favourite streaming apps and channels for catching up with all your favourite programs.

Strong WIFI - Fast internet can be hard to find in the locality, but Melfort offers recently upgraded complimentary fast WIFI throughout the resort so you can stay connected to your online social life. You can also login to  streaming channels for catching up with all your favourite programs on both the smart tv or your personal devices.

Ensuite Bedrooms & Private Sauna - The two ensuite bedrooms feature either a king or super-king, with the super-king being made into a twin, should you require that. Built-in wardrobes in the corners provide ample space to hang your clothes, with elegant ensuites allowing you to freshen up and shower after a day's adventuring in the Argyll countryside. A private sauna offers a luxurious bonus, located just off the corridor from the living area.

Dining alfresco - Exit through the French doors and down some steps into a paved area surrounded by lawn, where garden furniture provides seating for you to relax while watching the ever-changing light on the water and hills beyond.  Unusual varieties of potted shrubs add interest and colour to the outdoor space, with a border in front displaying a selection of hardy varieties of flowering plants and shrubs.

Lochside mooring access - Bring your own boat (either by land or sea) or perhaps fishing gear and make the most of Dock Master’s private jetty—there’s nothing quite like mooring just steps from your door. This is accessed via a gate at the bottom of the garden with steps leading down to the floating jetty.
