(Downstairs) Bedroom 1 - Twin beds/king size bed, dressing table, cupboards, chairs, en suite bathroom 1 is equipped with Bath/ shower,  separate shower, basin and WC, towel heater, towels and toilet paper.

(Upstairs) Bedroom 2 - Double bed, TV, cupboards, dressing table, chairs, ensuite bathroom, patio doors with small balcony. Bathroom 2 has a Large spa bath/shower, separate shower, basin and W.C., towel heater and toilet paper.

(Upstairs) Bedroom 3 - Double bed, dressing table, cupboards, chairs, ensuite bathroom 3 has a bath/shower, basin and W.C., towel heater and toilet paper.

When you arrive, all your beds are made , and there are plenty of towels for use.

Prime Harbourfront Location - Boat House East is situated right above our private harbour. You have your own parking space within about 20 feet of the front door so extremely convenient when unloading heavy cases and other belongings.

Welcoming Entrance & Layout - You enter the house onto the landing area whener you can store your outdoor gear such as wellingtons etc. You have a flight of stairs directly in front of you, bedroom one to your right, and the open-plan kitchen/diner and lounge to your left.

Well-Equipped Kitchen & Dining - The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need to cook a delicious meal, with electric hob and oven, a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, large upright fridge/freezer plus plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils for your culinary needs. A sturdy wooden dining table to seat 6 is adjacent to the kitchen. This is also the perfect place to set up your laptop if you need to carry out any computer work during your stay.

Comfortable Lounge & Balcony - The lounge features two comfy settees and an arm chair with a wood burner fire in the corner and flatscreen smart tv opposite the settees where you can log into all your favourite streaming apps. French windows lead onto a balcony with beautiful views over Loch Melfort. A table and chairs is tucked into a curved sitting area and garden to the left where you can sit and enjoy some refreshments.

Strong WIFI - Fast internet can be hard to find in the locality, but Melfort offers recently upgraded complimentary fast WIFI throughout the resort so you can stay connected to your online social life. You can also login to  streaming channels for catching up with all your favourite programs on both the smart tv or your personal devices.

Accessible Ground-Floor Bedroom - The downstairs bedroom (bedroom 1) offers either a king or twin setup (bookable as per your needs in advance) along with two bedside tables and lamps. There is also a table to sit when applying make up and you have a built-in wardrobe to unpack your cases into. The ensuite bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, a bath with handles to help you get in and out, plus a walk-in shower, making this perfect for any infirm guests or those with other mobility needs.

Light-Filled Upper Landing - Upstairs, you'll find a landing with a triangular window. This is a good spot to sit and read a book due to all the natural light that floods into the hallway, as well as an excellent spot to simply enjoy the view over the bay.

Comfortable Bedroom with spa bath & Sauna - Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, bedside table and lamp, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and French windows leading onto a small balcony over-looking the loch, where you can stand and enjoy the sunrise (if you're up that early!) A door leads into the ensuite bathroom containing sink, toilet and spa bath, with another door directly into the private sauna for that extra bit of luxury.

Cosy Third Bedroom - Bedroom 3 is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, makeup table and ensuite bathroom containing a bath, toilet and washbasin.
