Provisional bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a £100.00 deposit per house. Your booking can be secured immediately by a credit card payment over the phone. Alternatively your provisional booking will be held for 5 days pending receipt of the payment of your deposit. After 7 days it will automatically be cancelled.
The balance of your payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date are immediately payable in full, and last minute bookings, made within 14 days of arrival, should be paid in full by credit card over the phone.

Arrival time is from 4pm and departure is by 10am. Earlier arrival and later departure can be arranged with reception. The reception is open between the hours of 9am and 5pm seven days a week.
